Christine Grazziella Persan and Lee Dale Muncy exchanged wedding vows on Friday, Feb. 19, at the First Baptist Church on Spring Street. Persan is the daughter of Renne and Jacques Persan, of France. Muncy is the son of Judy and Dale Muncy, of San Antonio, N.M.
