High school athletes
All high school athletes who plan to participate in sports for the 2010-2011 school year are reminded to get a medical release form from either their head coach or from the school office.
Before students are allowed to attend practice, they need a medical release form filled out and signed by a doctor. The medical forms can be turned in to the coach at the start of the season. Student athletes will not be able to start practice without this form.
Fall sports practices
The official first day of practice for fall sports in New Mexico is Monday, Aug. 9. Fall sports include cross country, football, soccer and volleyball.
