JARAMILLO – Isabel Jaramillo, 57, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 12, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Socorro, NM on January 28, 1955, to Nestor and Victoria (Gonzales) Chavez. “Villa”was a lifelong resident of Socorro. She enjoyed watching all sports, basketball, baseball, and football but she was especially fond of the Socorro Warriors and loved to watch and cheer on her grandkids. Her kids and grandkids were her pride and joy and enjoyed nothing more than to be surrounded by her family at all times. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Raymond Chavez, her son, Lawrence P Jaramillo, and her infant daughter, Mary Jaramillo. “Villa” is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Antonio Jaramillo; her devoted children,Victoria Saldivar and husband, Federico;Tony Jaramillo and wife, Julie; and Johnny Joe Jaramillo and Candice Baldonado; her brothers, Richard Chavez; Nestor Chavez Jr.; and Tony Soliz; her sister, Cecelia Robles; nine loving grandchildren, Orion; Jeffery; Gene; Mariah; Johnny Joe Jr.; Antonio IV; Alexis; Lawrence; and Desirae; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving family members. A Rosary was recited on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at 7:00 pm at the San Miguel Catholic Church. A Communion Service was held on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 10:00 am also at the San Miguel Catholic Church with Deacon Miguel Ybarra. Interment took place in the Lemitar Cemetery. Pallbearers were Orion Jaramillo, Jeffery Jaramillo, Gene Jaramillo, Johnny Jaramillo Jr., Kenny Sanchez, and Pete Lopez. Honorary pallbearers were Mariah Jaramillo, Antonio Jaramillo, Alexis Saldivar, Lawrence Saldivar, and Desirae Jaramillo. ADAMS – Virginia G. “Jenny” Adams, 74, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 9, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Luis Lopez, NM on October 23, 1937, to Clarence and Leona (Land) Muncy. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Bruce Lynn Adams, her brother, Clinton Muncy, her sister, Mary Greenwood, and her brother in laws, Raymond Greenwood and Orval Whited. Virginia was a very loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was a very strong woman even with her illness she had. She loved the outdoors. Jenny was well know for her ceramics, she was a very creative and talented artist. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed. Virginia is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Johnny Ray Adams; her devoted children, Johnny Lawton, and Brenda Lee Adams; her adored grandchildren, Lawton, Clinton, and Stephanie; her sisters, Dena Greenwood, Judy Whited, Georgia Hensley and husband Troy, and Lori Rogers; her brother, Blaine Muncy and wife, Johnny; and many other loving family members. CASTILLO – Sofia S. Castillo, age 74, passed away on Saturday, March 10 surrounded by her loving husband and children. She was preceded in death by her parents, Aurelio and Dulcinea Sanchez. Sofia is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Diego Castillo; three children, Gherarda and Michael Castillo, and Celina Collier and husband, Charles; four grandchildren, Charlene Castillo, Kazzandra, Dalton, and Christina Collier; great-grandson, Roman Kumar; and six brothers and sisters.
