Final list of New Mexico All-State and All-Star Football Players

The following players have been selected to play in the 2013 2A/3A North-South All-Star football game. This year’s game will be held at Perkins Stadium on the New Mexico Highlands campus in Las Vegas on July 13 at 7 p.m.

Adam Paz from Socorro High School has been selected to play as a South defensive back and Sam Boykin, also from Socorro, has been selected as a South offensive lineman.

The Warriors finished the 2012 season with a 6-5 record and made it to the playoffs before falling to Albuquerque Academy in the first round.

Warriors kicker Zack Binger was named to the New Mexico All-State Football Second team.

Magdalena quarterback Dylan Julian has been selected to play in the 6-Man/1A New Mexico All-Star football game along with teammate Brent McKinley, an offensive lineman. That game will be held at Milne Stadium in Albuquerque on June 7 at 7 p.m.

Running back Barak Stephens was named to the New Mexico All-State Second Team offense along with McKinley. Defensive lineman Brett Clark was named to the second team defense.

The Steers also made a trip to the playoffs before losing to Escalante in the first round.
