Dec. 10
• An officer took an accident report about 8:30 p.m. regarding a vehicle that struck an animal on U.S. 60 near mile marker 123. The vehicle had minor damage.

Dec. 11
• About 4:38 p.m. an officer responded to a domestic. A man who was damaging vehicles and breaking windows at a residence was taken into custody.

Dec. 12
• An officer was called to Cedar Street about 11 a.m. regarding several intoxicated subjects. One man was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant from Socorro Magistrate Court.

Dec. 15
• About 4 p.m. an officer was called to a home on Ash Street where someone had stolen a set of tires. The suspect was tracked to a residence on Oak Street. The case is still under investigation.
Dec. 19
• About 5:40 p.m. an officer was called to a domestic disturbance on Oak Street. A man left the area after cutting the phone lines to the residence. An arrest warrant was obtained for the man.

Dec. 20
• About 12:30 a.m. an officer took a report of a burglary on Fourth Street. Someone went into the residence and stole several items, including jewelry. The case is being investigated.
• About 11:30 p.m. an officer got into a pursuit with a pickup on Forest Road 354 after the pickup ran a stop sign. The driver of the pickup was caught the next day after the vehicle ran through a fence and left vehicle parts behind that match his pickup. The driver was charged.

Dec. 25
• About 8:15 a.m. an officer stopped a passenger car for speeding 87 mph in a 55 mph zone on U.S. 60. The driver had four outstanding arrest warrants for driving on a suspended license. The driver was taken to Socorro County Detention Center, then to Bernalillo County for the warrants.

Jan. 5
• About 4:33 p.m. an officer took a report of burglary on Spruce Street. Someone broke into the back door of the residence and stole cash from a dresser drawer. The case is under investigation.

• An officer responded to an accident without injuries on Highway 304 by Veguita.
• Officers responded to a report of an erratic driver on Interstate 25 near Socorro, but were unable to locate the driver.
• Officers responded to Fourth Street and Elm Street in Magdalena on the report of a burglary about 12:44 p.m.
• An officer served an arrest warrant in Truth or Consequences about 2:06 p.m.
• An officer made an arrest about 2:20 p.m. in T or C.
• Officers responded to an accident without injuries about 3:13 p.m. on I-25 near Socorro.
• An officer responded to an erratic driver about 8:31 p.m. on I-25 by Socorro. The driver was given a verbal warning.

• Officers assisted a motorist on U.S. 60 by Magdalena about 1:48 a.m.
• Officers responded to a report of vandalism about 9:16 a.m. on I-25 near Socorro.
• An officer cleared a traffic hazard from the road by T or C about 10:05 a.m.
• An officer assisted a motorist about 11:51 a.m. on I-25 near Socorro.
• Officers responded to a report of larceny about 12:09 p.m. near Luis Lopez.
• An officer arrested someone for driving under the influence about 3:48 p.m. near Socorro.
• An officer responded to a report of an erratic driver about 3:53 p.m. on I-25 in Sierra County, but no citations were written.
• An officer responded to a request to talk to an officer about 4:14 p.m. in Magdalena.
• Officers responded to an accident without injuries in San Lorenzo Canyon.
• An officer responded to a report of an erratic driver about 4:48 p.m. on I-25 near Socorro, but was unable to locate the driver.
• An officer responded to a request to talk to the police about 5:23 p.m. in Socorro.
