The Socorro Warriors football team raised approximately $2,500 last Saturday from the Mattress Palooza held at the high school gymnasium. The funds will help support general costs for the team. This was the Warriors' first Mattress Palooza, but it is a fundraising technique that is becoming more common in schools around the region.
