Come join the Luminaria Stroll on the Plaza Saturday

December in Socorro brings the annual Luminaria Stroll on the Plaza. This year’s theme is Winter Wonderland and it will be a wonderment of activity on Saturday evening, December 14th. The Electric Light Parade starts at 6 pm, travels down California Street, and ends at the Plaza. The Community Band will perform at the Plaza gazebo at 5 pm, then Et Alia at 7 pm. The Christmas tree will be lighted and the popular Pictures with Santa at the gazebo will begin. And, a surprise visit and photo opportunity with fanciful Christmas characters will be brought by Yo Mama’s Grill.

The Fire Department will be serving Matanza dinners starting at 4 pm.

Art, Music, and other Festivities will be happening in participating businesses starting at 5:30 pm. Here’s the line-up:
