At the Socorro County meeting on Feb. 10 the commission presented a proclamation honoring the service of Charles "Chuck" Zimmerly. They also recognized Tara Jaramillo from Alberta House, introduced the Socorro County Fair Royalty and heard their last report from Veronica Pound of Socorro General Hospital before she retired.
