Socorro Vista, LLC (a partnership between El Camino Real Housing Authority and JLG Properties, LLC) will be accepting Contractors’ Qualification Statements electronically in .pdf format emailed to Jeff Curry at vistadesocorro@gmail.com for construction of a 32 unit Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) multi-family development in Socorro, New Mexico. Socorro Vista, LLC will only consider Qualifications from general contractors that have demonstrated a successful track record of constructing LIHTC multi-family rental housing developments. A Request for Qualifications may be obtained at https://bit.ly/2RESiAn or by contacting Jeff Curry at (575) 525-1199 ext. 1 or by email request to vistadesocorro@gmail.com on or after June 14, 2021. Qualification Statements are due by 4:00p.m. MDT on TUESDAY, JULY 6, 2021.
