Requests for Quotes for auditing services shall be received by the Magdalena Municipal Schools, Attention: Michaela Zamora, Business Manager, PO Box 24, Magdalena, NM 87825 until 2:00 p.m. on April 28, 2023 to provide professional services of an Independent Public Auditor in accordance with the Office of the State Auditor Audit Rule 2.2.2 NMAC and the Procurement Code (13-1-1 to 13-1-199 NMSA 1978). Proposal documents can be found at https://www.magdalena.k12.nm.us/160626_3 or by e-mailing michaela.zamora@magschools.us and must be sealed and clearly marked “Sealed Audit Proposal”. The Magdalena Schools has the right to reject any or all proposals.
