FINLEY GYM

IMPROVEMENTS

BID NO. 012722

According to Drawings and Specifications prepared by NCA – Architects and described in general as:

This project includes new stucco finish on the north façade of the building. The interior lobby space will be remodeled. New HVAC units and ductwork will be provided for the gymnasium and exercise/weight rooms. An additive alternate includes cladding the existing wood trim on north facing windows with aluminum metal. The exercise/weight room areas will have new paint, lighting and flooring.

Sealed bids will be accepted until bid opening at 2:00 p.m., Thursday January 27, 2022 in the City Hall Council Chambers 111 School of Mines Rd., Socorro, New Mexico 87801. At that time bids will be opened publicly and recorded. The City of Socorro reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical irregularities, and to award the bid to the bidder whose bid it deems to be in the best interest of the City of Socorro.

Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids.

Any bid received after the above date and or time will be returned unopened. All bids must be clearly marked “IFB012722” in the lower left corner of the envelope. The bidder shall assume full responsibility for the timely delivery of bid.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday January 11, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the project site (Finley Gym) located at 202 McCutcheon Ave., Socorro, NM 87801.
