THE VILLAGE OF MAGDALENA TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS,

GREETINGS:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an ordinance proposed for adoption by the Governing Body of the Village of Magdalena is now pending before said Governing Body.

The title of said ordinance is “AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A JOINT UTILITY SERVICE; ESTABLISHING A VILLAGE SERVICE FOR THE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF TRASH; AMENDING ALL PREVIOUS ORDINANCES RELATING TO WATER AND SEWER SERVICE; PROVIDING FOR THE IMPOSITION AND COLLECTION OF FEES, CONNECTION CHARGES, UTILITY RATES; DEFINING APPLICATION AND SERVICE POLICIES; AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF ITS PROVISIONS”.

The purpose of the ordinance is as stated in the title of the ordinance. Said ordinance will come for public hearing and final consideration by the Governing Body of the Village of Magdalena at is regular meeting held on March 22, 2021.

Any interested person upon request and payment of $2.00 may obtain copies of the proposed ordinance from the Village Clerk during regular business hours.
