EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-01 &

PROCLAMATION

THE VILLAGE OF MAGDALENA TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS,

GREETINGS:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Emergency Ordinance has been adopted by the Governing Body of the Village of Magdalena.

The title of said Emergency Ordinance No. 2022-01 & Proclamation is: “RESTRICTING THE SALE AND USE OF FIREWORKS IN THE INCORPORATED AREAS OF THE VILLAGE OF MAGDALENA”.

The purpose of the Emergency Ordinance is to ban the sale and use of certain fireworks, and allowing the sale and limiting the use of others, because of the existence of severe drought conditions.

Any interested person upon request and payment of reasonable fee, may obtain copies of the adopted Emergency Ordinance & Proclamation from Village Hall during regular business hours.
