NOTICE OF PUBLICATION AND ADOPTION OF

ORDINANCE NO. 2022-03

THE VILLAGE OF MAGDALENA TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS,

GREETINGS:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Ordinance proposed for adoption by the Governing Body of the Village of Magdalena is now pending before said Governing Body.

The title of said Ordinance No. 2022-03 is: “ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE OPERATION OF RECREATIONAL OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLES AND ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES ON PAVED STREETS OWNED AND CONTROLLED BY THE VILLAGE OF MAGDALENA”.

The purpose of the Ordinance is to allow off-highway vehicles to use paved Village streets under certain conditions. Said Ordinance will come for Public Hearing and Final Consideration by the Governing Body of the Village of Magdalena at its Regular Meeting held on December 12, 2022, at 5:00PM.

Any interested person upon request and payment of reasonable fee, may obtain copies of the proposed Ordinance from Village Hall during regular business hours.
