NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ADOPTION
ORDINANCE NUMBER 2020-03
THE VILLAGE OF MAGDALENA TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS,
GREETINGS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an ordinance proposed for adoption by the Governing Body of the Village of Magdalena is now pending before said Governing Body.
The title of said ordinance is “AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TO SOCORRO ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. AND ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, THE RIGHT, PRIVILEGE AND FRANCHISE TO DISTRIBUTE ELECTRICAL ENERGY IN THE VILLAGE OF MAGDALENA, NEW MEXICO, AND USE THE STREETS, ALLEYS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES FOR SUCH PURPOSE”.
The purpose of the ordinance is as stated in the title of the ordinance. Said ordinance will come for final consideration by the Governing Body of the Village of Magdalena at is regular meeting held on February 22, 2021.
