The City of Socorro, New Mexico is requesting competitive sealed Proposals for Preliminary Engineering Design for Electric Utility Substation and Distribution System.
Sealed proposals will be received until 4:30 pm, February 10, 2023, at 111 School of Mines Road, Socorro, New Mexico 87801. At that time proposals will be opened publicly and recorded.

Any proposals received after the above date and/or time will be returned unopened. All proposals must be clearly marked “Preliminary Engineering Design for Electric Utility Substation and Distribution System, RFP No. 021023” on the lower left corner of the envelope. The proposer shall assume full responsibility for the timely delivery of the Proposal.
