TO: ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS CLAIMING ANY LIEN, INTEREST OR TITLE ADVERSE TO PLAINTIFF:

You and each of you are hereby notified that Teresa Lee, successor trustee for the Wightamorn Revocable Trust dated March 1, 1994, as Plaintiff, has filed an action in the District Court of Catron County, New Mexico, case numbered D-728-CV-2022-00021 wherein you are each named as a defendant and Plaintiff seeks to obtain constructive service of process upon you concerning the following described real estate:

Lot twenty-two (22) in Phase IV, THE OLD THOMAS PLACE, a subdivision as shown on the plat thereof on file in the Office of the Catron County Clerk, New Mexico, in Plat Book B at Slide 040.

You are further notified that unless you enter your appearance in said case on or before thirty (30) days after the last date of publication of this notice, default judgment may be entered and the relief Plaintiff seeks will be granted.
