NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT: Petitioner Phillip Abeyta has filed a Petition for Quiet Title of the

home and home site held in the name of Harold and Flora Abeyta, deceased. You can obtain a copy of the petition from the Alamo Family Court. To respond to the Petition, file a written answer with the Alamo Family Court within sixty (60) days from the date of first publication of this Notice and send a copy of the answer to the Petitioner at P.O. Box 478, Magdalena. NM 87825. If you do not file an answer to the petition within this time, your claim to the property may be barred.
