Seventh Judicial District Court

Request for Proposals for

Adult Drug Court Treatment Provider

The Seventh Judicial District Court is accepting competitive sealed proposals from licensed New Mexico treatment providers or institutions in Socorro County. The award will be a multi-year contract contingent on legislative funding annually. The contract dates are beginning July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 and include the following services:

Substance abuse treatment to include, but not limited to individual and group counseling, self-help groups and drug testing as part of an intensive outpatient program and may include a mental health component.
