TO: Unknown heirs of the following named deceased persons: Abraham Foster a/k/a Abraham Foster, III; Earl Foster; James L. Foster

AND

All Unknown Persons Who May Claim a Lien, Interest or Title Adverse to the Plaintiff In Approximately 40 Acres In Socorro County, New Mexico

Pursuant to Rule 1-004(J) and (K) NMRA and by Order of the Court, the above-named Defendants are hereby notified that SunZia Transmission, LLC, Plaintiff in this matter, has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to quiet title to the following property: The surface estate of real estate located in Socorro County, New Mexico described as follows: Parcel 7F in boundary survey of Parcel 7 situated within the West Belen Grant in protracted Sections 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 & 33, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, N.M.P.M., Socorro County, State of New Mexico and filed for record on January 26, 2006 as Instrument No #200600255 in County of Socorro, State of New Mexico

Unless you serve a pleading or motion in response to the complaint in said cause on or before 30 days after the last publication date of this notice, judgment by default will be entered against you.
