NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Petitioner in the above entitled cause, Maribel Holguin Gonzalez, filed in the District Court of Socorro County, New Mexico, their Petition for Dissolution of Marriage against the above named Respondent, Alonso Barron Ballesteros.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN to each and all of the said Respondent, Alonso Barron Ballesteros, that you must answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint in writing on or before thirty (30) days after the last publication of this Notice, and if you fail to do so, a Judgment may be entered against you upon your default for the relief the Plaintiff has demanded. This notice will be published for three (3) consecutive weeks
