TO: Unknown heirs of the following named deceased persons: W.L. Mumford, Helen V. Mumford; A.R. Hebenstreit; Goldie Hebenstreit; Clinton Anderson; Hentrietta M. Anderson; Allen B. Bickart; Sandra G. Bickart; G.W. Burris; and Elizabeth Burris

All Unknown Persons Claiming Any Lien, Interest or Title Adverse to the Plaintiff In Approximately 5 Acres In Socorro County, New Mexico

Pursuant to Rule 1-004(J) and (K) NMRA and by Order of the Court, the above-named Defendants are hereby notified that SunZia Transmission, LLC, Plaintiff in this matter, has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to quiet title to the following property: The surface estate of real estate located in Socorro County, New Mexico described as follows: Lot 3, Block 3, Unit 2, Ranchos De Bernardo Subdivision, Socorro County, New Mexico containing five acres, more or less, and being out of that certain first tract described in that certain Quitclaim Deed from W. L. Mumford and Helen V. Mumford, his wife, to G. W. Burris and Elizabeth Burris, his wife, filed of record in Volume 292, Page 152 of the Deed Records of Socorro County, New Mexico.

Unless you serve a pleading or motion in response to the complaint in said cause on or before 30 days after the last publication date of this notice, judgment by default will be entered against you.
