JERRY D. WILLIAMS and BUDDY G. WILLIAMS, PLAINTIFFS

vs.

NEOMA HOWES and BETTY L. WILLIAMS

ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN

THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, DEFENDANTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plaintiffs in the above entitled cause, Jerry D. Williams and Buddy G. Williams, filed in the District Court of Socorro County, New Mexico, their Complaint To Quiet Title against the above named Defendants, together with the Affidavit of a competent person that, upon diligent inquiry, the addresses of the above Defendants is the last known address as can be determined by Plaintiffs; that a cause of action exists against all of the Defendants; that all of said Defendants are necessary parties to the action; and that said action is instituted and prosecuted for the purpose of quieting title as against all Defendants, claims, and claimants whomsoever and against the world to the following described real estate in said complaint, and situate in Socorro County, State of New Mexico, to-wit:

Tract 31, Map 154

Middle Rio Grande District Survey

Bounded on the North by Ann Smith property,

On South by Mr. L. Eckens, East by the Lemitar Ditch,

and on the West by Public Road,

Together with all improvements situate thereon.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN to each and all of the said defendants that you must answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint in writing on or before the 10th day of January, 2022, that being thirty (30) days after the last publication of this Notice, and if you fail to do so, a Judgment may be entered against you upon your default for the relief the Plaintiffs has demanded,
