NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Nannie Joe Apachito has filed a Petition to Change Name of Adult on September 18, 2023. The Petitioner wants to change her name from Nannie Joe Apachito to Jodi Apachito on her birth certificate and all other documents.

If you wish to object or intervene in this petition, you must file a written answer within 30 days to the Alamo Family Court at Post Office Box 5458, Alamo, New Mexico 87825 or nnalcourt@navajo-nsn.gov and serve a copy upon the Petitioner at Post Office Box 1332, Magdalena, New Mexico 87825. If you do not file a written answer your claims may be barred from being heard.
