Tyler Bullock sentenced to 24 years on crimes against a child
Tyler Bullock, a 33-year-old Magdalena resident, has been sentenced to 24 years in prison. The sentencing, handed down by 7th Judicial District Court Judge Roscoe Woods, followed Bullock’s guilty plea to two counts of criminal sexual contact in the third degree (involving a child between 13 and 18 years old) and one count of manufacturing a visual medium of sexual exploitation of children.
Bullock was arrested by the Socorro Sheriff’s department on May 24, 2024 and was credited with 447 days for pre-sentencing confinement. His sentence will total twenty-four years, with each count running consecutively.
Bullock’s incarceration will be followed by an indeterminate period of parole, not less than five years and up to the remainder of their natural life. He will also have to register as a sex offender upon his release from incarceration, and shall have no contact with the victim or the victim’s family.
