Frank Ulibarri, 73, of Socorro passed away on February 3, 2021. Frank is survived by his son, Raymond(Teresa); his daughter, Renee Moore (Rick); brothers; Henry, David and Danny(Susan); sisters, Helen (Carl) and Maria as well as six grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and many other family members and friends.
