Maria Rodriguez 2024

It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved, Maria Rodriguez, 60, a resident of Socorro. She passed away peacefully on November 14th, 2024, surround by her family.

Maria was born in San Juan, Chihuahua, Mexico to the late Jesus Jose Rodriguez and Christina Rodriguez. Her family finds comfort knowing she is now at peace and reunited with loved ones who have gone before her.

Maria is proceeded in death by her father, Jesus Jose Rodriguez, brother, Santana Rodriguez and niece, Antoinette Tafoya. She is survived by her mother, Christina Rodriguez. Children: Victor Lovato, Brenda (Phillip) Baca, Julio (Gaby) Estrada, Claudia Estrada and Hector Cantu. Grandchildren: Xandria Baca, Leandra Baca, Ayanna Baca, Briella Baca, Camila Estrada and Wyatt Baca. Siblings: Fernando (Lupe) Rodriguez, Ramona (Richard) Tafoya, Lorenzo (Alma) Rodriguez, Olivia (Carlos) Tafoya, Antonio Rodriguez and Josefina (Richard) Wills. Goddaughter: Isabella Rodriguez, along with numerous nephews, nieces, and relatives.

Anyone who knew Maria, knew she loved to spend time with family, laugh, dance and cook. She was always working but made time to be there for friends, family and to watch her Dallas Cowboys play. Maria will forever be remembered for her loving heart and the countless lives she touched.

Rest in peace, Maria. You are loved by us all and will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
