SHS Warriors split games against Valencia

SHS Warriors basketball recent and upcoming games

1/22 JV and V boys at home versus Valencia: JV won 35-26, V lost 61-29. For the varsity game, they started out slow and scored only five, six and six points in the first three quarters. The Warriors finished off stronger with 12 points in the fourth quarter. #10 Isaiah Silva finished with 10 points and #2 Nazario Silva scored nine points for the Warriors.

1/24 JV and V boys at NMMI: game cancelled because of weather.

1/28 JV and V boys at home vs. Ruidoso.

1/29 JV and V boys at Silver City, 5:30 p.m.

1/31 JV & V at Tularosa, 1 and 2:30 p.m.

2/03 V at home vs. Hatch, 7 p.m.

2/05 V at Cobre (district), 7 p.m.

2/06 JV at Hot Springs, time TBA.
